Jogged 6km this morning,
Not the usual 11km
Coz I thought I should save energy for floorball training,
Which I didn't go in the end =.=

Also had a 2km enjoy-the-wind walk

But I went for a walk around tampines
(Lol, why Afi walk, jog, walk, jog?!?!?!?)

Went exploring
First time I went to Tampines North Park xD
Played soccer after that
Omg
So many heading chances!
Just wide in all :-(

Coz he was afraid that I would score from a header

I play physical with him too though xD

He's a rugby player
But I think he'll get a red card every game if he plays like that in a real match xD
