What a freeeeaking long day
Woke up for sahur, then studied SS after that for a while before leaving for school
It was Teacher's Day celebrations =D
And almost half the class didn't come -.-
We had the first couple of periods off so we made paper aeroplanes using our oral notes xD
Hey, it's not like we're gonna ever use it again in our life now that O-Level orals are over right?? =D
Anyways, yeah, Kaine's one was like a freaking spinning missile that couldn't even fly straight! HAHA xD
There was the performance after that, and I guess it was kinda enjoyable =D
But as usual, I can't hear the people singing coz they were soooo soft xD
Great emcee-ing, Endy and Ziyad!
Except for that one slight mistake, which I'm sure you know what I'm referring to, HAHA xD
Yeah, after that, we kinda slacked around at school for a while
I already decided that I wasn't gonna go back TNPS coz I foresaw that the number of classmates going can be counted with my hands, just like last year xD
And Fawwaz and I were joking around over which primary school we should selit and go to xD
Apparently, Ziyad went to Fawwaz's primary school last year, haha
So we were like 'Eh! This year our turn go Ziyad's primary school lah! East View Primary School! Or maybe Luqman's one! Tampines Primary School!' HAHA
But nahhh, Tampines Primary School produces the Varuns of the world xD
But of course, they produce good ones like Luqman! xD
Anyways, after that, a group of us went to Marine Parade library to study for 3+ hours? Up till 3, haha
Fawwaz was kinda stuck to my psp, so I don't think he did any studying, HAHA xD
So after that, went home, then went out again to break fast with friends =D

We met up at tampines interchange, and we headed to Pizza Hut at Siglap CC there, and had a freaking fun-filled breaking fast!
It was full of laughter and crap lah
We sang Hamzah a birthday song and Pizza Hut played a birthday song over the speakers too! HAHA!
And since Dzafir's birthday is tomorrow, we also sang a birthday song for him!

When we were waiting for Hafidzhin outside the toilet, something damn weird happened!
I was sitting there when suddenly this small girl came running to me and kicked me!
Rabak! And the small guy was 'making friends' with Haziq xD
Then the small girl grabbed my leg and hugged it tightly and said 'Kau tak boleh jalan! (means 'you cannot walk!')
Omg, she's like so freaking random and like duh, I'm a guy so I just lifted my leg up with force and ran away
She chased me but of course, she couldn't catch me xD
Thus, she proceeded to hug Hamzah's leg tightly instead! HAHA!!!
And Hamzah was like 'Eh, Afi! How you make her let go??'
In the end, Hamzah did make her let go

Man Utd won 2-1 this morning! =D
It was a really entertaining game lah
Could have been 3-1! But Berbatov totally scuffed his shot and Nani couldn't pick his spot
But hey, all that matters is the 3 points =D
It was full of talking points and I was kinda bewildered why Wenger was sent off for kicking a bottle -.-
And I'm spoilt for choice over who scored the better own goal - Diaby or Lucas last week! xD HAHA But both were great finishes though =D Problem is, it was the wrong goal post xD
But the pick of the game has got to be Eboue's blatant dive that got me freaking laughing like crazy coz it was so obvious! HAHA. And the thing was, it was his last action coz he got subbed off after that! Hilarious stuff!

Anyways, yeah, moving on, because of the game, I managed to squeeze in only less than 2 hours of sleep before waking up for sahur
Yeah, I did sleep after Subuh, but I woke up at 10+ to STUDY! xD
Omg, I'm sooo lagging behind in SS right now, haha
I studied Venice and healthcare so far, and I've still got a lot more to cover
Had madrasah, which was ok,
Then it was tuition
Whoaa, one week since I did A Math xD
And no one played soccer today D:

I'm drifting away slowly from my dreams to go to VJC

So I didn't wanna miss it, but in the end, I got a lecture about how it's going to be hard in the O-Levels year for me if my strained ligament worsens =.=

I got back my SS mock exam today and it wrote there '30'
It's 50 marks, by the way
Then I counted my marks and realised that I should have gotten 36! That's 72%!
Changed my marks and... OMG! That's the first time I got an A for my humans! :DDD
Damn happy lah, and I know that many people in 4D got A1 (Mr Khoo marks more lenient! Confirm one! xD) but first time an A for an exam/mock exam, not a test :DDD
My A and E math were ok too =D
72/80 for E Math, which is on the dot 90%
And 71/75 for A Math, which is 94.7% =D
Grrrrr... Could have gotten 75/75 if I minus-ed of a hemisphere, not a whole sphere xD
So, yup, mock exams going well, coz I've not gotten my sciences yet xD
I know I screwed up my HML, Physics and Biology, so I'll just hope for the best =D
Anyways, yeah, after SS, we had A Math and we finished the Dunman High paper =D
I heard that 4D is STILL at Crescent Girl's, which had the work solutions done by me, haha
And that 4A finished everything already, lol

Yeah, so after that, we had Chemistry

Had Paper 1 section B mock exam, and we started late, so there wasn't sufficient time, but I managed to finish it =D

English after that, and the teacher left 1hr 10min earlier coz she had to go for oral invigilation at another school =D

1975 - Produced the top O-Levels student in Singapore
1984 - Victoria Junior College was set up and VS ended their Pre-university intake programme, and became a pure secondary school

It's 2009 now, 133 years after it's humble beginnings.
25 years after VJC was created.
During these 25 years, VJC had used the Victorian brand to nurture itself into becoming one of the top JCs in Singapore.
VS was VJC's mother.
It's already taking our top talents through the IP programme and now they want to take in students from Secondary 1?
In the event that a student gets a good result for his PSLE and sits down with his parents to discuss where he should go,
Do you think VS or VJC, offering a 6-year programme straight into university without going through O-Levels is more appealing?
The answer is obvious
This would only serve to the VS standard declining

If the plans go through, and IF they managed to put it into action as early as the coming year,
The Sec 1s will take up some of the school's intake
Meaning that there'll be less spaces for not only us, but everyone
Even though it'd affect us less than our juniors, I fear that the day would come when 8 points with HML, CCA and affliation wouldn't land a VJC spot
It has always been said that VJC is the top JC in the East, and the bulk of them are Victorians and Cedarians, but if the places are limited, everyone loses, but we'll lose our pride too
I admit, I have aspirations to enter VJC, but I'm having doubts now
I feel that I'm not doing VS justice if I did

We don't wanna be the next ACS Barker, the long forgotten brother of ACS(I)
We want to be who we have been for the past 133 years - VICTORIA SCHOOL
You took our name, our crest, our song, yet you want to go through with these 6-year plans
I didn't take much notice at first
But it seems like the plans are concrete enough for Mr Low to mention it to us
Concrete enough for Victorians to setting up an online petition
I still wanna go there, and all these won't affect me
But it will affect all those future bands of Victorians
We aren't meant to be a co-ed school, that's why we don't want a merger

Had physics mock exam and half the class wasn't at the hall yet when the rest of the co-hort was =.=

I was holding a pen in my hand while doing my work but still falling asleep xD
But the paper was omgsofreakingdifficult!!!
Just rammed through the paper and everyone was like, sleeping at random times, lol
But the most rabak thing was, I forgot that the last question was an "Either Or" question
I didn't read the instructions, so yup, I did both questions when you're supposed to do one =.=

And because half the class was late, the teacher was angry and released us only after all the students from the other classes had left the hall

I was damn pissed off with the latecomers lah, coz we were released around 7-10 min late

Having no umbrella, I had to walk to the bus stop, reaching there drenched in rainwater when I could have made it to the bus stop before the rain started if EVERYONE HAD CAME ON TIME
Yeah and for those of you who hvnt paid the $12 yet, PAY TOMORROW COZ IT'S THE LAST DAY. If you guys don't, I dunno where the $12's gonna appear coz the TYS's really important
Stressed sak, become treasurer, when I didn't even get that 1 CCA point I'm supposed to get for being part of the class committee
In the end, I got 24 points for being pumped and physically rabak-ed for 4 years for floorball when other CCAs can slack, yet get much more, lol
That's an A2, by the way, missing out A1 by that one point I'm supposed to get =.=
Luckily sia, A2 can still get 2 points cut-off for O-Levels =D
If A1 then can get that cut-off points, I swear I would screw everyone involved and get what I deserved xD

National Day celebration

Of course, we wanted to get to the 1st floor, but then Hamzah pressed the "up" button instead of the "down" button
I was like "Eh, we going down, not up what"
The he say "But the lift currently at 1st floor so must go up to 2nd floor what. So press "up" lah"
We stood there stunned for a moment
Then burst out laughing!

Then he realised he was wrong so he pressed the "down" button xD
So we proceeded inside the lift, and usually it's the 1st person to enter the lift who presses the buttons right?
Hamzah entered first, followed by us
Then suddenly the lift didn't move
We were like "huh?"
Then Hamzah realised he didn't press the "1st floor" button so he pressed it!

So the vulgarities came out and we had to go for the check-up in our sweaty clothes and by the time we finished, PE was over D=

Anyways, had SS after that, which was pretty slack =D
